  • Sachiko

    Sachiko

Sachiko is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico where she started her fitness experience with a dance background of over ten years . She has always loved movement and challenging her body, but fell In love with Pilates when she moved to Las Vegas and found the mind/body connection it focuses on and began the journey of control, precision, and flow (also the rock hard abs that come with it!!). She completed a 450hr certification process soon after and began teaching.

She loves to combine empowering and transformational approaches with both classical and contemporary flows to strengthen, sculpt, and stretch each person to new lengths! Each class has a focused intention, and intensity so that you will feel the toning, healing and strength building methods in each class and walk out ready to take on the world! Her classes are challenging yet restorative, and can even be tailored to be rehabilitative for each individual client. Sachiko feels that Pilates has pushed her to be in the best shape of her life and shows a fun a welcoming vibe so that you can feel safe, and motivated while honoring yourself in a daily practice that restores flexibility, fluidity, and self awareness. She believe Pilates helps you  enjoy and extend your life by building confidence and connecting deeply within yourself.

  • Jo

    Jo

Jo was born and raised in Manila, Philippines, and came to Vegas via San Francisco and Los Angeles. She was a school teacher for over 20 years and had a passion for all forms of exercise. She did everything.. weight training, boxing, spin, hot bootcamp, tread classes, pilates, and lagree. Jo decided to get pilates certified because out of everything that she did, pilates and lagree (which is also pilates inspired) were the only ones that gave the results she was looking for, and more importantly, did wonders for her mental health. She was so blown away that she had to learn more about it, so here she is now, after 450 hours of training, helping others achieve their goals and a passion for fitness!

The reformer is the most versatile piece of equipment. Jo loves traditional and simple approaches with a sprinkle of spicy. Expect your traditional lunge or squat with extra holds and pulses with a plank series intermission in between, and maybe an extra round or 2! As a 90s teen and a child of the 80s, don’t be surprised to hear some throwback beats as you sweat it out!
