    Sachiko

    Sachiko is originally from Santa Fe, New Mexico where she started her fitness experience with a dance background of over ten years . She has always loved movement and challenging her body, but fell In love with Pilates when she moved to Las Vegas and found the mind/body connection it focuses on and began the journey of control, precision, and flow (also the rock hard abs that come with it!!). She completed a 450hr certification process soon after and began teaching. 

    She loves to combine empowering and transformational approaches with both classical and contemporary flows to strengthen, sculpt, and stretch each person to new lengths! Each class has a focused intention, and intensity so that you will feel the toning, healing and strength building methods in each class and walk out ready to take on the world! Her classes are challenging yet restorative, and can even be tailored to be rehabilitative for each individual client. Sachiko feels that Pilates has pushed her to be in the best shape of her life and shows a fun a welcoming vibe so that you can feel safe, and motivated while honoring yourself in a daily practice that restores flexibility, fluidity, and self awareness. She believe Pilates helps you  enjoy and extend your life by building confidence and connecting deeply within yourself.

    Ashley

    Through the decades Ashley has been a dance, music theater, group x, cosmetology, & spin instructor. Later in life she found her way to pilates seeking relief from injuries and the rest is history. She couldn’t wait to get through that teacher training and bring pilates into all of her friends and families lives.

    In her free time you can find her at concerts dancing her heart out or at home with a book and (at least) one of her cats on her lap. Born & raised in Utah she made her way to Vegas in 2008 and truly loves the sunshine and desert sunsets.

    Combining creative movement and choreography with carefully curated playlists and atmosphere, her classes tune you right into your body. Take a breath & listen close and you will find a perfect moment that turns your workout into bliss. She has a warm, positive energy and will always help you reach a little further, lift a little heavier and squat a little lower….all with a smile on your face.

    Molly

    Molly grew up in Indiana and has been an athlete her entire life. She was a competitive gymnast at a young age and since then was active in many sports, even playing softball in college. She discovered her love for pilates while in college and since then has explored the many variations it offers.

    She loves indie music and animals, and she is an advocate for people suffering from misophonia (if you're curious about it - ask her!).

    She wants to see YOU get strong with control, focus, and consistency.

    Dicle

    Dicle Harrold was born in Turkey. She has been involved in sports all her life and started her Pilates career in college. She is comprehensively and classically trained in Pilates. She played Volleyball from age six through college. She has a dual Bachelor's Degree in Sport Sciences. She graduated as a Volleyball Coach and Physical Education Teacher. After falling in love with Pilates, Dicle became a fully certified Pilates instructor in 2019. She loves classical music, outdoor activities, hiking, and animals. Her passion is helping people of all ages on their Pilates journey and strongly believes that movement heals.

  • Ruth De Rosa

    Ruth

    Ruth is a certified Pilates instructor with a mission to help others achieve their health and fitness goals through Pilates. After sustaining a knee injury, Ruth sought out lower impact exercise programs and discovered the amazing benefits of Pilates. Using controlled movements, Pilates improved her flexibility, strength and overall mind-body awareness and she is excited to motivate and inspire others to live their best life through movement! Originally from Laguna Beach, CA, Ruth and her husband relocated to Las Vegas in 2021 along with their dog, 2 cats and tortoise.

  • Ashaki "Ki"

    Recently complete, her comprehensive training, Ki brings a bright, fun energy to the studio. A background in bodybuilding gives Ki’s classes a little something extra. Trust us- if you want to break a sweat don’t miss her class. When not at the studio or out on the town Ki loves the hitting the slopes and cooking.

    Monica

    Monica is a Las Vegas native. Born and raised here, she grew up loving movement through dance. She attended UNLV and then decided to continue her dance career in New York City. It was in NYC that she fell in love with Pilates and got certified in 2010. Since then she has move back to Las Vegas and continued her fitness education. She has over a decade of fitness experience teaching all Pilates apparatus & mat, personal training, group fitness and dance. She loves helping people achieve their goals and continuing to learn and add to her tool belt to ensure she maximizes the hour you choose to spend with her!

  • Nicole

    Nicole has been practicing Pilates since 2000 and has been a certified Pilates and fitness instructor since 2012. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Nevada Reno in 2001 and was an advertising copywriter and creative director for 18 years before taking her Pilates passion from a side gig to a full-time career in 2022. She loves the positive impact Pilates has on her mind and body and strives to share that with each student via an empowering flow and killer playlist.

     

    When she’s not teaching, you can find Nicole at the ice rink, soccer field, or Taekwondo studio cheering on her son, or sneaking in episodes of Suits with her husband Mikel. She also loves hockey (Go Knights!), brunch, book club and family dinners.
