A no cost Introduction to the reformer apparatus. Learn how the springs and props are used and try a few of the most common exercises to get a feel for the movement. This class is a must if you have never tried reformer Pilates and great to review before jumping in at a new studio. Everyone is welcome!

Low impact/high output full body class incorporating the jump board attached to the reformer. This class is tons of fun and great for all levels of practice.

Slow, deep movements make the mood. Equal parts stretching and mobility work. Foam roller and other props may be incorporated. All levels of practice benefit from this class.

Athletic reformer- fun flows and added resistance make this class a challenge for everyone. Be prepared to be challenged in this high intensity reformer based workout.

Cardio meets the reformer in this fast paced full body class. Expect a fun & sweaty workout on & off the reformer with props like the bala bangles or stabilty ball to spice things up.

This tower reformer combo encourages powerful performance as well as intense stretching & mobility work. There are infinite options using the tower and props to challenge yourself in this class.

reFLECT is meditative movement. Each class will be different- light slows, stretching & breathing combined with mantras, chimes and even at times a full sound bath. Come with an open mind and an open heart.

A mixed level and mixed equipment leaves total creativity with your coach. You many use the jumpboard, stability balls, tower & more! Come prepared to have fun and MIX things up!

The most advanced class on our schedule (you must have taken at least 10 reFORM 2 before you sign up for this class). reFORM III takes 3 pillars of traditional bodybuilding to take your strength goals to the next level: ENDURANCE, RESISTANCE & FOCUS. Expect longer sets, heavier loads (weights and springs) and focused & precise movement patterns.

Spend your Sunday on the reformer with guided stretching incorporating uplifting music & meditations. All levels can enjoy this refreshing cap off of the week!

Specific to seniors this 40 min long class will take a gentle approach on the reformer and mat to increase mobility and core strength with sitting/standing, spine strengthening and balance work. This class is also a great option if you are coming back from an injury. This can only be booked with Senior credits.
