  • Saturday April 25th 1-5 pm Progressive Pilates: Scalable Movements for Every Level: Master layering, progressions and cueing to keep all clients engaged and challenged on the Reformer

  • Sunday April 26th 1-5 pm Adaptive Stretch: Variations for Every Body: Explore reformer based stretching techniques and practical adaptations for every body

Instructors can choose one workshop independently or book both as a two day experience for an immersive deep dive into progressive, scalable Reformer Pilates teaching. All workshops include a PDF handbook and lifetime access to video content for ongoing learning and support.

Progressive Pilates: Scalable Movements for Every Level

Great classes aren’t about levels, they’re about scalability.

A 4 hour, reformer based workshop designed to help instructors confidently lead inclusive, mixed level classes where no one gets left behind and no one feels under challenged.

This workshop focuses on understanding the different ways to progress a movement, starting from a strong base point that everyone in the room can achieve. You’ll learn how to progress exercises using a variety of techniques  including layering, load, range, tempo and complexity so every client, from beginner to advanced is working while feeling successful and supported throughout class.

Rather than separating the room into “levels,” this approach keeps classes moving together, creating a cohesive and motivating environment while still allowing for individual challenge.

With 75% practical and 25% theory the workshop includes hands on, real time teaching application and group activities that encourage collaboration, discussion and confidence in programming scalable reformer sessions.

All participants receive a PDF handbook and lifetime access to supporting video content, allowing instructors to revisit concepts and movements long after the workshop ends.

This workshop is ideal for instructors who want to:

  • Confidently teach mixed level reformer classes

  • Refine progressions, cueing and class flow

  • Run inclusive sessions that engage all clients

Adaptive Stretch: Variations for Every Body

Stretching shouldn’t feel like an afterthought or something only a few bodies can fully access.

Adaptive Stretch is 75% practical and 25% theory reformer based, movement focused workshop that explores how to make stretching more inclusive, effective and purposeful within group class settings.

Through hands on exploration on the reformer, you’ll experience a range of stretch styles including dynamic, static, active, passive and PNF and learn how each can be applied to support different bodies and goals.

You’ll explore how to use props, setup, spring load and positioning to create variations that increase accessibility or add challenge, without isolating clients or disrupting class flow. The emphasis is on offering options that feel natural, adaptable and easy to cue in real time.

All participants receive a PDF handbook and lifetime access to supporting video content, allowing instructors to revisit concepts and variations after the workshop.

This workshop is ideal for instructors who want to:

  • Offer inclusive, reformer based stretch options for diverse bodies

  • Confidently adapt and cue stretches for every client

  • Take practical variations straight into their classes
